Dobby turned out to be our dream cat! He has it all: he is extremely adorable, he is affectionate, he is very smart, he can purr as loud as a tractor, he is not fussy and he doesn’t shed hair. Even though we are allergic to cats, we don’t seem to have any allergy to Dobby, even after kissing and hugging him for hours every day. With our first cat, even though he was supposed to be of a hypoallergenic breed, we needed to use special type of a hypoallergenic cat food to feel comfortable. Not with Dobby! On the top of that all, Dobby very quickly made friends with that first cat of ours, a half wild Bengal. I didn’t think it would be easy.
Irina takes great care of the kitten and their parents, the best I have seen. To no surprise, when we got Dobby, he already knew how to use the toilet and he was fully socialized. Between my parents’ cats and my own cats, I probably had over twenty of them, and Dobby by far is my favourite. He is the first cat that we feel comfortable bringing with us on our trips, and that does tell you something. He travels well in the car and can easily be on his own during the day if needed. From the first go he learned to use the car toilet, to eat and drink while in the car, he is not afraid of new spaces but doesn’t try to escape. I really can speak for hours about our Dobby and now I am a fan of Devon Rex breed. However, there is one thing that everyone who is thinking about getting this kind of a cat should know about this breed: they attach to people very closely, closer than many dogs in my opinion, so you are signing up not for a pillow cat, but for all the joys and responsibilities of having a new young family member full of energy, curiosity and love. If we are around, Dobby will want to share every activity, and if that annoys you, that’s not your type of a cat. Ours does fetching, email typing, watching TV, playing all kind of games, eating at the time we are eating, cuddling in bed, reading books, playing on the phone, playing the piano, going to school in the car, and many other things. We are very happy with Dobby and highly recommend Irina’s cattery!

I received Herbert in July 2023. He was healthy, very social, litter boxes trained and wasn’t a picky eater. These are great signs that Irina is a responsible and caring breeder. When the time comes for another kitten Irina will be the breeder I speak to first.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the kittens I received! They’re well socialized, lovable, and very at ease with each other. It is very clear that they came from a loving and caring home. Irina has been so thoughtful. The care package she sent with the kittens was excellent, providing food, toys, and blankets to ensure the kittens had the best chance at acclimating to their new home. Irina is also very responsive to questions even after they came to their new home.
We wanted to surprise our boys with kittens and are so grateful we stumbled upon Devon Rex Pixie Cattery. Irina and her family were a pleasure to work with throughout the process and we could not have had a better experience. When we spoke to them or FaceTimed with the kittens, it was clear that they are kind people and the cats and kittens were loved and exceptionally cared for. Additionally, she continued to answer questions and be available even after we brought them home.
And even better, we pulled off the surprise! Our two boys instantly fell in love and the two kittens have easily adapted to our family. They are both healthy, sweet, social and we think the cutest cats around! Thank you for giving our family this gift❤️!

Irina was incredibly responsive from start to finish. Even days after pickup she walked me through the process of making raw cat food. Her knowledge of the breed aswell as supplements etc was super helpful.

I very highly recommend Irina and her cattery. She was very patient and responsive to all my questions. She let me FaceTime to meet her, her husband and the cats. She never hesitated to send pictures and videos with updates on my kitten. She was very welcoming to us when we came to pick up Motley - we never felt like strangers! Immediately when entering her home we were welcomed by the Devon Rex babies! They were so outgoing and affectionate. Mom and Dad were on site too and just as sweet, and so gorgeous. Irina puts so much time and love into her cattery- it really shows the moment you connect with her. Motley has surpassed everything I hoped for. He is very healthy, socialized, gorgeous and affectionate. He has the most wonderful personality! I would definitely get a kitten from her again.
I adopted my 4 month old kitten Winnie from Irina and Devon Rex Pixie Cattery on June 17th. From the start, Irina is very responsive to any messages or questions. You can truly tell that she cares about the well being of her cats even after they leave the cattery. I flew to Houston from Virginia and was able to visit her home before flying the kitten back home with me. I was able to see my kittens siblings and her parents. Irina and her husband were so nice and accommodating. The kittens are well taken care of and so so loved. I’m so glad I was able to find my “precious angel baby” from Devon Rex Pixie Cattery!
